Pundit urges English side to make big move for Celtic star

|

Speaking on Sky Sports at the weekend, former player Kris Boyd has said that Manchester United should look to come in and sign Odsonne Edouard in the summer transfer window next year.

The striker has been excellent once again this season for us and, with that and his age in mind, it is safe to assume that there is going to be real interest in signing him in the upcoming windows.

Clearly, he’s on course to be a top player and with the way that Man United are at the moment, you can see why he would be potentially of interest to them – though nothing of that sort has been indicated.

Indeed, Edouard has rather been touted about by Boyd – perhaps no surprise there – and he has urged United to try and make a move happen:

“If I was Manchester United, I would come in and give the £25-30 million in the summer.”

Then again, the way United are going at the moment, why would he realistically want to move there when they’re not even guaranteed to be in Europe next season.
