Celtic have had many famous away strips during their history. Some memorable for the achievements like the famous 5-0 away win to St Mirren to clinch the league on the last day against Hearts and some not so memorable, not for the memories of lost finals or leagues, but simply because the design was just THAT bad!

For me, such strips tend to remind me of players past and present. I’m reminded of Henrik Larsson free scoring in a famous European campaign one season but then I am also reminded of shockingly bad seasons where Celtic never won a trophy for two seasons under the ill fated reign of the highly anticipated hire of Liam Brady as Celtic manager.
