Scotland excelled themselves earlier on in the week with a humbling loss away against Russia and, unsurprisingly, we’re all thinking about the domestic game again.

The international period is simply a break in the season that none of us look forward to at the moment, and the sooner it is over the better.

The Hoops will be looking to pick themselves up, meanwhile, as we take on Rangers at the top of the league after losing top spot to them thanks to the loss at Livingston.

According to Alan Hutton, too, the replacement in the side for the now-banned Ryan Christie will be midfielder Olivier Ntcham.

Speaking to Football Insider, he said:

“It’s going to be hard (to replace him). I do think it’ll be Ntcham instead of Christie.”

A good call from Hutton, probably, and now it’ll be up to Christie to work hard and get himself back in the side after his red card.

I’m sure he will, though, as he has been one of our best players so far this season.
