Celtic boss Neil Lennon needs to add to his side before too long because the summer window doesn’t last forever and we still have plenty of areas that we need to improve upon.
Certainly, it is not time to panic but we have several areas where we need to be stronger than we are at this current moment in time.
Whilst we wait to see what happens there, though, a rumour involving Edson Alvarez could be becoming more relevant to us.
The player was linked with a move to the Hoops by Bolavip, earlier this summer and now it appears as though he is nearing a move to Europe – though his exact destination remains to be seen.
Quoted by Goal, Alvarez had this to say when asked about moving to the continent:
“Possibilities are opening up. I’m really happy to be more and more close to this dream that I desire with all my heart and hopefully it will be the best for me.”
Where he ends up, of course, is yet to be revealed but we were in the running so let’s see if we end up bringing him in.
