Celtic fans appear to have lost faith in attacking midfielder Scott Sinclair after his latest ineffective display on Sunday.

The 29-year-old has been an integral part of Brendan Rodgers’ double treble winning successes, making 107 appearances since the summer of 2016 and scoring 44 goals, but his dwindling form is a real cause of concern for supporters.

He’s netted just once so far this season and his general play is one dimensional and failing to trouble defences at any level.

At one point he was an absolute sensation in Scottish football but everyone has been left scratching their heads and wondering where it’s all gone wrong since the turn of the year.

Callum McGregor has been utilised in his position in the early stages of the season, but with that not quite working out either, Rodgers needs to find fresh ideas on the left flank and quick.

Plenty of fans would be happy to get rid of him when the transfer window opens this January, with 77% of respondents to a poll we published yesterday believing he should be moved on.
