As the Daily Mail reported, Celtic are interested in the services of Harry Wilson, and the 21-year-old Wales international could prove to be the perfect acquisition for the Scottish champions. In light of Stuart Armstrong’s departure to Southampton, and the expiration of Patrick Roberts’ loan deal, the Bhoys require creativity and attacking flair. Fortunately, Wilson possesses those characteristics in abundance.
The youngster had somewhat of a breakthrough season last campaign, his glittering performances with Hull City helped the Tigers avoid relegation to the third-tier of English football. Moreover, his stunning solo displays earnt him a recall to Wales’ national side, and he even scored his first international goal against China.
Without question, the Scottish Premiership could prove to the perfect platform to aid Wilson’s development, and the Liverpool starlet would be a tremendous coup for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
