Brendan Rodgers’ Celtic have done well over the last few weeks, with many individuals, that perhaps in the past have not been so useful, doing well for the club.

Ryan Christie’s a great example of that. He’s a player that previously just didn’t look up to the task of playing for Celtic. He lacked physicality, technical skill and, truthfully, the quality. He simply just didn’t look very good.

However, that’s all changed this season. After a slow start, he was given a chance by Brendan Rodgers – and he’s taken it with both hands.

Christie has been a key part of the Hoops’ resurgence over the last few weeks, and at 23-years-old, he’s still got a whole lot of growing to do.

He’s evidently good enough to make an impact at Celtic, but just how far can he go? Well, many Celtic fans believe that he can go all the way.

We recently asked Celtic supporters whether they think that Christie has the potential to become a star at the club, and a whopping 98% of those polled responded by stating that they think he could.

That’s huge praise for a player that just a few weeks ago didn’t even look good enough to play for the club, but what a difference a few games can make.

Cleary Celtic fans are hoping to see him become a regular in a green and white shirt, and they’ll clearly want him to play a crucial role en route to another famous title win. Whether that happens remains to be seen, but fans appear hopeful.

Thoughts?
