The transfer window continues to throw up the rumours and one doing the rounds most recently is probably far from welcome.
The Bhoys have made some decent enough signings so far in this window but I do not think that we can particularly risk letting any key men go given the title race we are in.
That said, then, the Scottish Sun’s latest report might be of concern with them claiming that Porto are planning a £14m bid and could throw in Chancel Mbemba for Olivier Ntcham.
Ntcham has been an excellent signing for us and certainly portrays all the attributes you’d want from a midfielder at the top level.
It’s a potentially significant bid, too, whilst the Mbemba factor is intriguing given the energy he brings to teams – though I do not think he is as good.
