A report in The Scottish Sun has revealed that the Celtic Park atmosphere is one of the best in world football after a French football magazine created a top 30 list.
France Football ranked the home of the Hoops at number five with only La Bombanera (Boca Juniors), Anfield (Liverpool), Signual Iduna Park (Borussia Dortmund) and Marakana (Red Star Belgade) ahead of them.
The list was compiled taking into account how much support the crowd gave their team and how volatile the atmosphere can be for visiting teams. Ibrox fails to even make the top 30, although in their defence, Rangers have had little to sing about in recent years.
Parkhead is regularly seen as playing host to one of the finest arenas for football with some of European football’s elite praising how passionate the crowd can be on a big continental night under the light and it isn’t the first time it has been recognised in recent years.
Celtic fans took to twitter in response to the news targeting their “rivals” from across the city for stick as they continue to live in the green and white shadow of Paradise.
Statement out soon 🤦🏼🤣🤣🤣

And in reference to the Ibrox club’s incessant need to throw their toys out at every opportunity by releasing rant filled statements…
