Celtic fans were impressed by the performance of Cameron Harper during last night’s Scottish Youth Cup final against Rangers.
The Young Hoops suffered a disappointing 3-2 defeat live on television at Hampden, but there were some positives to take from the performance, with Harper standing out as one of the best players on the pitch.
Heading into the encounter the hype mostly surrounded Armstrong Oko-Flex and Karamoko Dembele, but Harper’s hard work and tenacity really pushed the Hoops team on in the final third, catching the eye of supporters.
A United States youth international, not much was known about Harper prior to last night’s fixture, but it’s fair to say fans will be keeping an eye on his progress from here on out.
If he continues to play with as much desire as last night, surely it won’t be long until he makes a first-team appearance?

Will admit I hadn't heard of Cameron Harper before last night's Youth Cup Final, but I thought he was a pretty impressive performer. Skilful in possession and didn't give up on a ball all night. One to watch for me.

Cant argue with that, CH had a great game. Non stop, fit, desire.
Oko Flex had a poor game as did Dembele by the standards they have previously shown. That happens at all levels. How they react is what matters.
