The game was rocked yesterday by the sudden and untimely death of Neale Cooper – an Aberdeen hero.
A real credit to the sport, I was very shocked when I read the news that he was in hospital and in a serious condition.
I was even more shook up, then, when it broke that he was no longer with us – even though I have no real connection with the Dons at all.
Certainly, it was a reminder of how precious life is and the outpouring of tributes has been testament to what a man Neale was.

The Verdict
What more can you say really?
Truly, it was a very sad day yesterday and I am sure many will take time to get over the sudden loss of the man affectionately known as Tattie.
I pass on my well-wishes to his family and friends.
