Rangers might have another new manager in Steven Gerrard but it seems as though it is hard to let go of the past where they are concerned.

The Gers have given it plenty in recent weeks now that they know who their new manager is going to be but, of course, we’ve been here before innumerable times recently.

Surely, then, you think they’d learn but, instead, they continue to give us ammo with them apparently set to give Graeme Murty another job…

I actually felt a bit sorry for Murty after what went on last time around so it is at least nice to see him get a job – though it’s a shame it’s with them.

The Verdict

You can see it now, Rangers sack Gerrard around Christmas time and in steps Graeme, only to be sacked and then reinstated a few months later.

Truly the circus is continuing over there and I can’t wait to get the new season up and running so we can put them back in place yet again.
