A majority Celtic fans believe the club will re-sign Patrick Roberts this summer, after he refused to rule out a return to Glasgow this week.
As quoted by outlets such as The Scottish Sun in recent days, Roberts has said ‘you never know’ when asked if he could move back to Glasgow from Manchester City.
He has yet to sort out his future ahead of the new season, with the prospect of him featuring for Pep Guardiola’s side very slim. Interest from other English clubs appears to have dried up too, leaving the door open for a potential reunion with the Hoops.
Spending two-and-a-half years at the club, you would expect any return to be on a permanent basis, especially with his contract expiring soon.
Supporters appear to be hopeful of the deal being done, with 62% of respondents thinking that it’s going to happen and that he will end up back at Celtic this summer.
