As Celtic extend their lead at the top of the league by four points, a Man of The Match performance by Tom Rogic just shows the strength and depth the team have now that we have all players returning from injury and international duty.

The last two fixtures have seen the club collect six points and score seven goals and put the pressure on the chasing pack.

Speaking post match on Sky Sports, Tom Rogic was asked how it feels to be top of the pile and the big Aussie was straight to the point when he said, “I mean we have been the top of the pile for the last decade.

“Off of the back of last season it was a huge disappointment.

“It’s a familiar position for a lot of us it’ just about keep working hard. Keep the head down and not get too carried away with it.”

As far as answers go this was class from the big man.

Reminding people that this is not a new position for the club after a decade of dominance whilst keeping our feet firmly on the ground shows that the talented midfielder is taking his press tips from the Celtic gaffer.

A brilliant performance. A brilliant scoreline.

The next thirteen games are going to be something special.

Hard to believe that big Tom Rogic has just finished international duty, flown from the other side of the world, dealt with the jet-lag and put in a Man of the Match performance with two (nearly three) goals.
    Man’s on fire!!
