Celtic have had an okay start to the season so far but the Champions League setback is obviously a bit of a blot on our copybook.

The Hoops wanted to get into the groups of that competition but we, of course, failed to do so and now it’s all about the Europa League tonight.

Make the groups there, and we’ll need additions to the side so we have just over a week to ensure we’ve got enough.

That in mind, then, it might be of interest that the Sun on Sunday at the weekend reported Stuart Armstrong is potentially keen on a loan exit from Southampton.

The attacking midfielder was a star for us but left for the Saints with many questioning his motivation.

Surely, it would be a controversial move to bring him back in but, he wouldn’t cost the world, knows our club very well and you cannot deny his talent.

If Neil Lennon wants to add to his attacking options, Armstrong could be worth considering with this report in mind.

I’m just floating it out there, though, what do you think? Let me know in the comments…
