Craig Gordon made his 200th appearance for the club last night, and he achieved his 100th clean sheet during the 0-0 stalemate against Dundee.
The 35 year old has been absent for the last couple of months with a knee injury. During that time Scott Bain has laid his claim to be the club’s number one but he was ineligible to play against his parent club.
Here is some of the Twitter reaction to Craig’s return to the first team, and his clean sheet record:
Some going that. Has his critics but us a decent keeper

Verdict:
My feeling is that despite Brendan’s praise for our no.1 yesterday, I think he’ll look to bring Scott back in for the game against the Accies on Sunday.
Firstly, he needs to see the 26 year old in action more to assess whether we should sign him on a permanent basis in the summer. So far the stopper has made just three appearances in a Celtic jersey, and he needs a longer spell in the side.
Secondly, with interest from Wolves, Stoke, Hearts and Hibs, we’ll need to convince our current no.29 that he is valued by the club. We have reportedly opened contract talks with the player, and the best way to convince him to sign on the dotted line is by playing him regularly.
