Celtic’s long sequence of victories was finally halted by a late Rangers equaliser in their Old Firm clash.

The Hoops went in front on 35 minutes as Stuart Armstrong combined with James Forrest on the edge of the area and arrowed a low finish inside the near post.

However, that was cancelled out with just three minutes remaining when Clint Hill bundled in after Craig Gordon had initially denied Emerson Hyndman.

The champions felt they should have then been awarded a late penalty for a foul on substitute Leigh Griffiths, but are still a massive twenty-five points clear of the rest.
