Manager Brendan Rodgers says Celtic have shown their capability of winning all types of games this season.
The Hoops head into the weekend arrival of fierce rivals Rangers with a massive twenty-seven point lead at the top of the table having incredibly still dropped only a couple of points this term.
They’ve already triumphed in all three Old Firm fixtures during the current campaign, including an earlier 5-1 league victory at Celtic Park.
“What this team has shown through the season is that they can win all types of games,” Rodgers told BBC Scotland. “We can win a footballing game, we can win when it’s a battle, we can win games when teams are sat in and defending deep, compact, we find a way through. If a game is stretched and open we have the power and the pace to exploit.
“It’s a team that’s improving all the time, although there are still lots of improvements to make,” he admitted. “We’ve shown whoever the opponent has been that we’ve found answers.”
