Today has been an good day for Celtic transfer stories.

From Ange Postecoglou revealing he hopes to have a couple of more signings in within the next week, to Sky Sports revealing that negotiations with Aurelio Buta are ongoing to the signings of Joe Hart and James McCarthy.

This morning, Celtic were linked to signing Argentine international Fabricio Bustos and as the hype surrounding the move increased, I think it is fair to say that the majority of Celtic fans haven’t heard of him until now.

Today a Celtic fan contacted the most unlikeliest of sources, I think unlikeliest is not the right word to use, let’s call it well placed source, to get information on Bustos and the Argentina CSC gave the full back a magnificent seal of approval.

Celtic supporters listen to Celtic supporters. They will listen to each others opinions on players and take them on board. And this is one that should be taken on board. If a player is no good or won’t fit into the clubs system or style of play, you can be 100% sure that the Celtic fans will call it out.

Because their passion for the club surpasses anyone in the Scottish media and beyond.

If the Argentina CSC say he is an amazing player. Get him in!

But again, if you want to take someone in the media’s word for it, take Seba Ongarelli. Seba is a journalist that specialises in Bustos club Independiente and he knows the 25 year old’s career well:

Check out his twitter feed but one thing is for sure. If Celtic manage to pull off this signing, it could be a major coup for the club.
