That lot across the city might be getting a new manager soon and it seems as though Steven Gerrard is one of the favourites.
Indeed, as per the Daily Record, Steve Clarke has turned the job down to stay at Kilmarnock – how funny – and the Gers are now waiting on the former Liverpool man to make a decision.
Certainly, it’d be interesting seeing him come up against Brendan in the dugout – given how close they appeared to be at Anfield – and that’s not where the Celtic connection continues.

The Verdict
Gerrard was a player you couldn’t help admire but if he goes to Rangers he’ll still get plenty of stick from me and no doubt countless others.
It’s a big gamble from them, too, which just highlights how desperate they are getting.
