Many Celtic fans are not happy that the Scottish League Cup semi-final against Hearts could automatically be moved to Murrayfield.

It was reported yesterday by The Daily Record and other Scottish media outlets that the SPFL were considering moving the fixture against Craig Levein’s side to Scottish rugby’s national stadium after concerns were raised about the viability of playing the fixture on the same day at the same venue as the other semi-final involving Rangers and Aberdeen.

It’s all set to be discussed between the competition organisers, Police Scotland and the clubs themselves.

However, some Hoops fans are fuming with the prospect of the match against Hearts being the one that is automatically set to switch times, venues and cities.

The initial fixture details, a Sunday night, were far from ideal, but plans are already in place for many and switching it now would be pretty disruptive for thousands of fans.

It’s thought that Celtic are seeking clarification on it all, suggesting that a draw to determine which fixture is to be moved is the fairest way of sorting it all out.

These supporters took to Twitter to share their thoughts on it all…
