Winger joins Dons

Out-of-favour Celtic winger Gary Mackay-Steven has joined Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen on a two-year deal.

The 26-year-old made 62 appearances and scored ten goals since arriving from Dundee United in February 2015.

However, Mackay-Steven managed only a handful of games for the champions last season.

The Dons already have Celtic midfielder Ryan Christie on an extended loan, while also recently selling wide-man Jonny Hayes to the Glasgow club.
