Neil Lennon has been reprimanded for his comments following Celtic’s home defeat to Rangers back in October.
The SFA confirmed that Lennon had been “given a severe censure and warned about his future conduct” after his criticism of referee Willie Collum.
Meanwhile, Hoops leading goalscorer Gary Hooper has received a suspended £2,000 fine for suggesting referees wanted to give decisions against the club.
Lennon was previously handed a six-match touchline ban after being dismissed to the stands and having a heated discussion with the fourth official in the loss at Hearts in November.
But the Celtic boss has escaped further punishment over his comments on Collum.
