Celtic will be looking to add to their side as much as possible this summer as a new era could well be on the way.

We’re the dominant force in Scotland but, as the best teams do, you have to evolve with the times and that would seem to be the right course of action this summer.

A number of senior players are set to leave, and we need to bring in fresh ideas with Neil Lennon now the man in charge for the foreseeable.

The Luca Connell link, then, makes perfect sense and it seems as though we have got the upper hand in the race for him.

The Daily Record has said that we have got the initiative ahead of the likes of Wolves, Sheffield United and Norwich because we won’t have to pay as much compensation in terms of training fees.

Because we’re outside of England, we don’t have to fork out the same as the other sides and so, hopefully, that might see us really go for him.
