Celtic have completed the signing of Manchester City’s French Under-21 international midfielder Olivier Ntcham on a four-year deal.
The fee is understood to be around £4.5m for a highly-rated player who spent the previous couple of seasons on loan to Genoa in Italy.
He therefore joins Jonny Hayes and Kindai Benya as latest arrivals at Celtic Park.
“I’m most looking forward to the derby and playing in the Champions League,” Ntcham told Celtic’s official website. “I remember them beating Barcelona five years ago in the group stages.
“Not every club gets to play in this competition so I’m happy to have the chance to play there and Celtic is a fresh challenge for me.”
