The Hoops have got a real fight on their hands in their quest to hold onto the Scottish title, but for one Celtic mad pundit, it’s only a matter of time. 

Indeed, over on Twitter, John Hartson has already started his countdown to Celtic’s next title win, with the former player simply posting: ’11 more wins’.

Clearly, he’s confident of a title win, and that’s certainly what we’re dreaming of. Are we there yet, though? Certainly not.

Still, our win over Hibs last night was a big step forward. It was another classic performance from the Hoops, and it continues a stunning run of form in 2019 that has seen Brendan Rodgers reduce the pressure somewhat on his team. Rangers are, of course, still doing well, but we’ve got a little bit of daylight between the two teams now, and that’s what we needed.

At this stage, our title prospects are simple: if we win every game, we’re there. Of course, winning every game is unlikely to happen, but it’s fantastic that it’s in our own hands and that we can control our own destiny.

Confidence is certainly a lot higher now than it was a few months ago, and Hartson is clearly feeling the excitement.

Let’s hope he’s right…
