Neil Lennon was left bemoaning more poor finishing after his Celtic side stumbled to a third successive home draw on Tuesday evening.
“I wouldn’t mind if they were half-chances but they were sitters” – Neil Lennon
The Hoops were held by Kilmarnock after only a late equaliser from defender Thomas Rogne rescued them a point following Conor Sammon’s opener for the visitors.
“We should have been at least three up by half-time,” Lennon told BBC Scotland. “I wouldn’t mind if they were half-chances but they were sitters. That was disappointing but I think the play in general was pretty good.
“We can’t keep dropping points at home,” he added. “That’s three in a row now when really we should have been home and hosed. At this level, we have to put teams away.”
