Pete O’Rourke makes huge Celtic transfer prediction

How many signings do you think Celtic need this summer? And in what positions?

Me personally? I think at least four key signings are needed to get the Hoops to the desired level to allow us to compete for another domestic treble and make our mark in Europe.

Left back, striker, centre half and goalkeeper.

I personally feel we have adequate cover in the middle of the park even with Rogic and Bitton on the move.

That’s not to say I wouldn’t be disappointed if Ange went in and signed one.

So I think four. Let me know in the comments what you think.

Journalist and transfer expert Pete O’Rourke reckons we need almost double that for next season.

Speaking to GIVEMESPORT, O’Rourke said, “I think if they could get those two in it would be good business and they’ll probably be looking at, at least another four, maybe five signings for Celtic.

“I think there’s positions in the team that they’ll need to strengthen, especially in midfield with Nir Bitton and Tom Rogic both leaving the club on free transfers, making a couple of midfield spots up for grabs.”

Seven players. That’s a hell of an outlay which he included Jota and Cameron Carter-Vickers in.

But will the club go all out and try to get them all in? I don’t see why not.

We have the money. The manager holds all the cards.

Over to the Celtic board to hand over the funds……..
