Aston Villa sacked their manager Steve Bruce last week after a poor run of form.
Despite delivering promotions in his career, they were fed up with his playing style and many fans want to see a new attacking manager come in.
Naturally, then, given some of our recent issues, Brendan Rodgers has been linked with the job – though he has said he’s not interested.
Despite that, others think Villa might still look to go after him but Harry Redknapp’s opinion is that John Terry is leading the way and that might be good for us:
He said via Talksport:
🚫 “I don’t think Thierry is going to Aston Villa…"
✅ "But John is a runner, that’s for sure.”

I don’t think Rodgers will go after he ruled himself out at the weekend but you never know with the board after a strange few months.
If Villa made a big offer to take him they might be tempted but, hopefully, ‘Arry is right here and someone like John Terry will take the job.
