Out of all the transfer business being completed no one can argue that Celtic have stood still this window.

Right from the get go, the CEO, Michael Nicholson looks to have been working hard behind the scenes as Celtic secure their fifth signing of the window and we are only at the 10th January.

But as many Celtic fans look forward to the hopeful permanent signings of Jota and Cameron Carter Vickers, a report has emerged this afternoon that the Hoops are also looking to secure a further TWO forward signings before the window closes.

According to Football Insider, they have cited that a recruitment source has told them that the Hoops look to add two attacking players on top of what they already have at the club.

That will be music to the ears of the Hoops fans if true but unfortunately, the report does not quote a specific source or offer any back up quotes.

It could be that the Iranian forward Mehdi Ghayedi could be one of those as reports emerged [The Scotsman] this afternoon of Celtic’s interest in the wonderkid.

But is there room for yet another attacker at the club?

Many fans would have predicted maybe a back up goalkeeper and left back would be a priority for Celtic this window but with just three weeks left, it seems it could be a busy month ahead for the Hoops fans!

It’s not reckless signings it’s needed the way angi wants celtic playing and 99 percent of celtic fans you seen it in Europe when a couple a subs are made intensity drops due to lack of quality might be not ready or not technically got it and the new rule 5 subs u need 14 team not pool all vying for places quite game ur back on bench tuff but fair exciting times

This is exciting times 6 points behind so first 6 games important to the top and bottom spl if celtic won all-in that will make them three points behind that’s I think if we are legal then leagues won plus these new signings will be bedded in then make 2to4 signing in summer might be offers coming in for players so if business wise to good to say no or player wants move wich is unlikely with champion league place and playing in that and the bonus of money or chance to show bigger leagues not teams that what there looking for
