Ange Postecoglou has built a Celtic side capable of sweeping every domestic rival away with ease.
His work in the transfer market has been outstanding in the past twenty months and, it seems, that recently he has been at pains to help improve the pathway to the first team for the stars of the future.
I wrote just last week at how the B team are clearly being coached on the way Ange wants the game to be played so that whenever any of the youngsters are called up to the first team, they will be able to make a seamless transition without having to worry about different systems or tactics.
And that will stand them in good stead to help develop their careers at the club.
That is as long as they stay with us.
We have watched a raft of talented youth leave Celtic over the past two season and whilst a lot of that cannot be laid at Ange Postecoglou’s door, we should be taking steps to make sure that these kinds of stories are nipped in the bud immediately:
Brighton are interested in signing Celtic's Scotland under-16 international Ronan Ferns. #bhafc #Celtic https://t.co/w8iOSPpI5b

Young Ferns is highly rated at Celtic and plays as a central defender. He can also play the midfield role and has featured for Scotland at u16 level.
At just 16 years old, O’Rourke reckons he is being targeted by a number of clubs and Celtic must now look to deal him in to prevent him from walking away for free.
