Celtic are one of the clubs interested in signing Fulham youngster Tyrese Francois, according to Sky Sports.

The outlet reckon the teenage midfielder is on our radar, with his contract set to expire at the end of the season.

He is likely to be offered a new deal by the English club but sides like ourselves and Valencia are keen on signing him up on a free this summer, says the report.

Still just 18 years of age, the Australian born teenager now holds dual-nationality having moved to England with his parents six years ago.

In that time he’s emerged as one of the top talents coming through Fulham’s academy and has made 17 appearances in Premier League 2 and the EFL Trophy this season, already a regular in their U23s side.

Celtic famously signed Moussa Dembele on the cheap from Fulham and the Craven Cottage side would likely be unhappy if we poached another one of their top talents.

One to keep an eye on not just today but over the coming weeks and months.
