Celtic star: I’m going nowhere

As quoted by the BBC, Lewis Morgan has suggested that he is going nowhere this summer and is only focused on playing for Celtic next season.

The winger was on loan at St. Mirren last season as he helped them get promoted from the Championship in the Premiership for 2018/19.

He won the Player of the Year award in the division, too, meaning we’ve certainly got an exciting young player to look out for this coming year.

Indeed, it looks as though he only wants to play for us, too, with him saying:

“I don’t have any eyes on any other club and why should I? It’s one of the biggest clubs in the world I’m at. I’m only focused on Celtic.”

The Verdict

Morgan is a determined young lad and I hope we give him a chance to see what he has got.

He’s bright and believes in himself and though he might not be as good as a Tom Rogic yet he’s certainly a player I want to see more of.

It looks like he plans for that to be the case, too.
