Celtic take on CFR Cluj this evening in the first home game of our UEFA Europa League group campaign and it should be a cracker under the lights at Celtic Park.
We’ve had plenty of famous nights in Europe at home and though this is only a group game, getting a win would mean a lot for a couple of reasons.
Not only would it leave us well placed in the group after a good draw against Rennes in France in the first game of the competition proper, but it would also give us a sense of vengeance.
Cluj knocked us out of Champions League qualifying and though they have ended up with us in the Europa League, we still have some payback to hopefully offer them.
