Celtic supporters are celebrating a super Sunday after witnessing Brendan Rodgers’ side demolish Hearts at Murrayfield in the Scottish League Cup semi-final.

The Hoops have booked their place in the December final, where they will play Aberdeen in an attempt to continue Rodgers’ flawless record in domestic cup competition.

We haven’t lost a single knockout match in Scotland since he took charge.

After a pretty ropey first half performance against the Jam Tarts, Celtic upped their game in the second half with Callum McGregor central to the display, helping his teammates really take the game to the Edinburgh side.

He’s had his ups and downs over the last few months but in domestic action at least has looked back to his best in recent weeks.

Fans took to Twitter to single him out for praise during and after today’s win…
