Celtic’s Reserve side were in imperious form on Monday afternoon, winning 4-1 against Falkirk in league action, with one prospect shining in particular – Armstrong Oko-Flex.
It’s the Reserves’ third 4-1 victory in four matches, showing the kind of attacking form they’ll need to lift the SPFL Reserves League trophy come the end of the season.
Winger Oko-Flex joined the club from Arsenal last summer and is thought to have a bright future in the game.
Still just 16 years of age, he might be a while away from action in Brendan Rodgers’ team yet, but it hasn’t stopped fans getting very excited about his potential, believing his current form has taken him much closer to a senior bow.
He scored a double against Falkirk, including a sumptuous curling effort from 20 yards.
Rodgers hasn’t been afraid of giving young players match time in his three years at the club, is Oko-Flex the next in line to make a debut?
