Celtic have moved to the top of the Scottish Premiership table for the first time this season despite an unconvincing draw away to Livingston on Sunday.
After a tremendous performance in European action on Thursday night, hopes were high that momentum would be carried into today’s encounter, but the Hoops couldn’t break down a defensive and determined Livi outfit over the 90 minutes, with the match finishing 0-0.
Chances were few and far between, but goalkeeper Liam Kelly wasn’t worked nearly hard enough when the ball did fall to a Celtic player in the box.
One of the more glaring fluffs in front of goal came through Scott Sinclair towards the end of the match, failing to meet Mikael Lustig’s shot with an effort on target despite being in a great position.
The Englishman was poor throughout and looked frustratingly like the player that was eventually dropped by Brendan Rodgers a few months ago.
Fans were left annoyed with his performance and took to Twitter to share their thoughts…
Sinclair is honestly done, want him to do well but he’s clearly no got it anymore.
