Celtic will be gearing up for the new league season now as the games keep on coming even at this early stage of the campaign.

The Bhoys have already featured a fair few times in recent weeks in competitive fixtures with Champions League qualification taking all the headlines.

Indeed, we’re only just back from beating Nomme Kalju on Tuesday night but the Hoops must be ready to get the league campaign off to a winning start.

Whether Scott Sinclair features or not, though, remains to be seen with the winger not exactly first choice at the moment.

Indeed, there has been speculation surrounding him of late and Neil Lennon has addressed that via the Scottish Sun, though he still seems keen on keeping the winger.

He said:

“It’s just a little difficult period for Scott, but it’s still so early.

“A player of that experience is always handy to have around, he’s got a great goal record and he’s had a great time at Celtic.”

I’d like to see Scott stay longer, too, but it is clear that game-time might be more limited than it has been for him in recent years.
