You might not believe this if you haven’t seen the news already but Michael Buffer is going to introduce the teams in the cup final at Hampden.
Yes, that Michael Buffer.
The Michael Buffer who announces the boxers before they go for it in the ring and hypes things up with his typical catchphrase: ‘Let’s get ready to rumble.’
Indeed, he announced the news on Twitter yesterday and, well, it’s safe to say a lot of fans reacted to this in amusing fashion:

The Verdict
Buffer has been doing a lot of this kind of thing recently away from boxing.
He did an F1 race last year whilst he also read out the names between Chelsea and Liverpool in the Premier League earlier this season.
Unmistakeably, he’s got a great voice but, at the same time, what’s the point in him reading half of Motherwell’s side out in such a manner?
