The celebrations, I’m sure, went well into the night yesterday evening after what was one of the most perfect days at Celtic Park.
Our home has seen plenty of great moments over the years but beating Rangers so handsomely to win the title has to be right up there.
I’m sure there are a few people missing work today thanks to last night’s events, then, and the congratulations certainly came in from far and wide.
Indeed, Virgil van Dijk was one of those as he posted this on Twitter yesterday afternoon:

The Verdict
The big defender is one of the best players I’ve seen at the club in recent years so it’s nice to see that he hasn’t forgotten where he really started to make his name.
He’s got a pretty big game himself this week in the Champions League, of course, and I wish him all the best as he continues to fly the Celtic flag from further afield.
