Out of all the pundits in the Scottish game, there are those that you listen to, and those that you don’t.

The ones that we don’t we all know. They are widely known amongst the Celtic support.

But those that we do, the likes of Chris Sutton and Michael Stewart, the Hoops fans have a lot of time for.

Because they can be impartial regardless of their affiliations to different clubs.

They can be critical and offer constructive appraisal when it is required and more often than not, it is.

And speaking on BBC Sportsound, Michael Stewart reveals the one thing that Ange Postecoglou has that will be vital in the run in for the title, “When you as a player and you’ve got a manager like Ange Postecoglou.

“He’s a calming figure and is somebody that you really trust.

“And we can talk all day long about the importance of the results elsewhere, and he can bat them back because ultimately that isn’t under his control.

“And if he keeps hammering home that point, just focusing on what we can do, you follow the method, and he’s talking about outside of the game and just in general, training and building up preparation, all those things.

“But he’s also talking about in the game. He’s saying things that we’ve tried to do in the game itself. Not to panic, not to allow the anxiety to creep in.

“Not to allow the frustration to affect the game.

“And he’s absolutely spot on because if it does happen, then your game won’t be there to go and expose the opportunities or the weaknesses of the opposition.

“You continue to just be calm and follow through with the way that you’re trying to open up the opposition.

“Be calm in respect of keeping the ball.

“But he’s a calming figure. And that does count for a lot. In what is going to be an extremely, anxious and pressurise the end of the season.

“A calming figure like that is counts for a lot.”

And he is 100% correct.

Ange never gets too high after a big win or too low after a disappointing defeat.

He keeps his feet firmly on the ground and brings balance to the team.

That will be crucial in the next few weeks.

It has been crucial up to now when you look at the amount of late winners the team has scored.

This is what will bring the title home.
