There are many transfer exits needed at Celtic Park and this one is probably the most prominent in recent times.

Not Vasilis Barkas.

But Boli Bolingoli.

The Belgian left back was brought to the club under former boss, Neil Lennon, back in the summer of 2019.

And he quickly rose to notoriety but not because of his performances off the pitch, but because of his antics off it.

Bolingoli made a huge error of judgement during the lockdown summer of 2019 when he flew to Spain during the pandemic and played against Kilmarnock without isolating as per the rules at the time.

He has never recovered from that mistake and after just two appearances under Ange Postecoglou this season, he has been deemed surplus to requirements.

Transfer expert Pete O’Rourke broke the news that Bolingoli’s Parkhead hell may be about to come to an end after he claimed on twitter that he is in talks with Russian side FC Ufa over a possible loan move, “Celtic defender Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo is in talks over a loan move to Russian Premier League side FC Ufa. #Celtic #fcufa”

This news will delight the Celtic fans who now see Bolingoli as a drain on the clubs finances. At a whopping £15k per week, the Belgian will hopefully use this move to put himself in the shop window and release vital funds to help Ange continue his, so far, impressive rebuild this season.

Shoulda cancelled his contract immediately and saved around £2mil in wages.
Maybe you can get that back with a transfer fee but i doubt it.
Russian Front best place for him.
