Report reveals stumbling block Celtic need to address before battling EFL side for ace

|

The Hoops will be eager to get some signings over the line this summer and quickly before attention already turns to playing football once again.

Pre-season will soon be upon us and Neil Lennon will want to get his squad in a position where little additions are needed once those sessions have begun surely.

Whilst we wait to see who joins, then, we’ll have to make do with the rumour mill and one report from the Daily Record suggests we’re interested in Greg Taylor from Kilmarnock.

The left-back is improving quickly now and recently featured for Scotland against Belgium in the European qualifier.

However, the report alleges that if we are to beat EFL side Hull City and Glasgow rivals Rangers to his signing, we need to get rid of a left-back to make room for him.

Obviously, Kieran Tierney is going to be first-choice even if Taylor does remain at the club and so it looks as though one of the fringe players might have to be shifted on.
