There seems to be a lot of information flying around.

Now it comes down to a case of which one you are going to believe, almost as if we’re going through a general election campaign yet again. There seem to be two reports when it comes to how the Scottish football season is going to finish.

On the one hand, you have Chris McLaughlin from BBC Scotland saying that the clubs think that it is highly unlikely that this season is going to be finished, with priority instead going towards making sure the 2020/21 season goes off without a hitch and on time because of the new broadcast deal that is set to kick in.

Whereas a report from Football Insider suggests that the season is going to restart in June and have the season finished in just a matter of weeks, borrowing the idea from the English Premier League and English Football League and squeeze in as many games as they can go have less of an impact on the 2020/21 campaign.

Although whether or not they go the whole hog and go for the proposed World Cup style format of having teams in hotels and playing games in one or two grounds, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Will 9-in-a-row be "tainted" if the season isn't finished?

Yes

No

Both methods will no doubt have their pros and cons, and I’m sure that there won’t be one perfect solution that will make all teams happy, there’s going to have to be compromises made somewhere.

Now, I pass the baton over to you. How do you think this will all be solved, if at all? And what methods would you rather the authorities take in this matter? Or do you think that there is another way floating around that hasn’t been talked about yet (but try to keep it realistic)?
