Report sets Celtic’s chances of signing powerful player backwards

|

Celtic have a number of areas on the pitch that they would like to improve upon surely this summer and hopefully they are going to be able to do that.

The Bhoys are going to be in fine form, you’d think, once the season gets up and running but we need that depth to really carry us into the season as we look to fight on several fronts once again.

In defence, we need new faces but it seems as though towering centre-half Christopher Jullien will not be joining the club this summer.

According to Toulouse-centric website Les Violets, the player is waiting for an offer from either England or Spain, and the idea of him playing in Scotland is apparently ‘unimaginable.’

That seems a little harsh to describe it that way but, clearly, there is an issue here that we might not be able to get around.

If he only wants to play in England or Spain upon moving, there’s little we can really do about it.
