You know what?

I know ok? I know that even as I write this, this is my third Hugh Keevins piece of the night.

And I get that people may well be sick and tired of hearing about his views on the club.

But he is speaking about us and I think at least it’s worth putting his opinion out there for discussion.

Everyone and their granny has had their say on the banners and this time it was the turn of Hugh on last night’s Superscoreboard.

Hugh took aim at the Celtic fans and the board in his assessment of the events, “Ange Postecoglou had a press conference on Friday at which he requested but the Celtics supporters showed respect at the minute’s applause prior to the game.

“I do not think that if you have a disregard for an institution you necessarily need to be as aggressive in your dislike as the supporters were.

“You can turn your back on it if you like. You can do anything other than what they did.

“The supporters let down Ange Postecoglou.

“And I think the Celtic board are over-indulgent when it comes to the people that consistently let them down.”

And what got me is that Keevins is talking one load of balls.

The Celtic supporters can’t do anything other than they did because they would be going against all their values and principles if they did.

And what would Hugh suggest they do? What other form of protest does the journalist deem acceptable because it seems that no matter what they do, they would be singled out as the only set of supporters to protest against the crown.

There was not a single mention of the Dundee United, Hibs and Aberdeen fans conduct in last nights show.

Not one.

That tells you all you need to know.

It’s the dreaded international break. So take away the boredom and try our *BRAND NEW* quiz. Who are Celtic’s most capped players from these countries?
