Celtic kept the pressure on those below us in the league table last night as we beat Hibernian 2-0 in a pretty straight forward game.
Hibs were always going to sit in and make it tough and that they did but not to any success with the Bhoys proving too good.
Despite many injuries, we played some nice football and the likes of Jeremy Toljan, Timo Weah and Ryan Christie all impressed among others.
Another clean sheet was notched up, too, and that was not lost on Brendan Rodgers in his post-match comments.
He had this to say via the club’s official Twitter account:

Certainly, we might have had a few players missing from the side but as a team they all seem to know their jobs now and that is exciting.
