Celtic can book their place in the Europa League group stages this evening as they take on AIK in the Swedish capital.
The men from Stockholm will be tough to beat but we showed this time last week that we can beat them with us going into the tie with a 2-0 lead from the first leg.
We just need to see that out, then, and Neil Lennon will be hoping that his defence is on fire in order to keep what would be an all-important clean sheet.
Indeed, it’s also clear that Lennon wants to add more to his defence before the deadline next Monday and he did so yesterday with the perhaps somewhat surprising transfer of Moritz Bauer.
Signing on loan from Stoke City, the full-back has plenty of experience and hopefully, he’ll offer good cover and defensive rigidity.
Plenty has been said on Twitter in reaction to this signing, meanwhile, so let’s take a closer look at that…

Welcome lad, but a big step up for a player that can't get a game for a struggling Stoke side. I wish him well HH

Loan with an option to buy. Rubin Kazens player of the season a couple of years back, cost €6m 18 months ago, plays in a position we badly need covered, just hitting his prime at 27 years old, Austria international.
Tinfoil heeds still whinging.
