“You been upsetting the big man again” – Jim Spence responds to BBC journalist Postecoglou interview

Kenny McIntyre is one journalist that’s felt sharp end of Ange Postecoglou’s tongue on many occasions this season.

The BBC man always has a knack of annoying the Celtic manager post match and today, although he answered tongue in cheek, there was a little dig at yet another daft question.

And the interview prompted this reply from outspoken journalist Jim Spence, “You been upsetting the big man again cobber?”

As the league title was virtually wrapped up today with that 4-1 win against Hearts, Postecoglou is on the verge of becoming an unlikely champion when you consider what he had taken over last summer.

No one had given the Aussie an earthly at pulling off this title win.

Years behind our rivals they said. Sacked by Christmas was another belter. At least three transfer windows it would take.

The pundits in the game had all the clichés at the ready and Ange batted back every single one.

And in some style too.

30 games undefeated in the league.

After a shocking start where the gaffer lost 3 out of the first 6 fixtures, to win the title is an incredible feat.

The journalists had better be on their toes for next season because Ange is a year wiser to their game and he will be as sharp as ever.
