Celtic have had many players who have lit up Paradise this season.

From the trickery of Jota to the slick running and finishing of Kyogo to the constant running and badgering of Maeda, there are plenty to pick from if you were to highlight just one player that has shone this season.

Normally, when pundits pick their star man, it’s the flair player right? The man that unlocks defences or makes that pass that just splits a team in half.

But not Andy Walker.

He had another player on his mind.

Speaking on The Go Radio Football Show, Walker said, “I honestly think [Greg] Taylor is of one of the Celtic’s better players this season.

“I think his level of performance is really high. I love the way that he plays as a left-back when he’s receiving the ball with his back to goal so often.

“And his passing has been magnificent.

“He must enjoy so much the system he is playing in.”

Taylor has been outstanding this season.

A mainstay in Ange Postecoglou’s side, the Scottish international has certainly quietened his critics with some brilliant performances for the team this season.

He is, without doubt, Celtic’s most improved player under Ange Postecoglou.

The fact that he is keeping Alexandro Bernabei out the side is a testament to Taylor’s willingness and determination to keep that Celtic jersey.

Long may it continue.

It’s the dreaded international break. So take away the boredom and try our *BRAND NEW* quiz. Who are Celtic’s most capped players from these countries?
